DISH is the creation of Dallas restaurateur and nightlife guru Tim McEneny whose ventures have included obar, LIFT and Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa and partner and concept chef Doug Brown, from Beyond the Box.
Located in the new mixed-use development Illume, DISH is a restaurant lounge concept from Owner Tim McEneny and Partner/Concept Chef Doug Brown. Serving modern comfort food, DISH’s menu features fresh, simple food that can be enjoyed everyday at an affordable price. A live DJ, custom sound and lighting systems help transform DISH from restaurant to cool, laidback lounge. The 5,500 sq. ft. restaurant seats 156 and features a covered patio and several dining areas with distinctive design elements including retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls on the building’s perimeter, an open kitchen, one-of-a-kind polycarbonate chainmail drapery and LED coves that wash color across large sculpted wall panels.
DISH is open for brunch Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
DISH is open weekly Sunday - Wednesday 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Thursday - Saturday 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Dinner service is from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. with bar food service from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Bar hours are 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. with Happy Hour Daily from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
